How the platform works, option by option. Written for the owner who opens a casino and for the team who runs it.

Overview
mriv is a white-label casino and sportsbook platform. A casino — you — gets its own site at its own address, a back office, optionally a Telegram bot and a Telegram casino app, and a catalogue of +50,000 games from 200+ studios with a live sportsbook. You never touch game maths, provider contracts or payment integrations: you bring the brand and the players.
A casino ready in maximum one hour. From the name to Go live, everything happens in the Setup Studio, with or without the assistant. Before you press Go live, the public sees an “Opening soon” page. Needed to open: a template, a logo, one payment method with its receiving number, the three legal texts, and your Telegram connected.
Who is who
- Owner and team — one login per person with a role (General Manager, Finance, Cashier, Support, Risk & Compliance…).
- Shops — street resellers with their own login, who sell credit for cash and have their own players.
- Players — on the website, in the Telegram app, or through a shop.
- mriv — runs the platform, the games, the aggregation and the deal with you.
Channels: website, Telegram, both
Each casino chooses how players come in. The wallet, the rules, the promotions and the reports are identical behind every channel.
| Mode | What players see | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Website only | Your site on your address, in EN / FR / AR, with the contact button, the wheel, the promotions and the account pages. | Sign-up online, or accounts opened by you and your shops. |
| Telegram only | The club app inside your bot. Your website address shows a page that sends people to Telegram (button on a phone, QR code on a computer). | Needs your own bot first. Sign-up on the web is refused. |
| Website + Telegram | Both. One Telegram account is tied to one player per casino; the same wallet everywhere. | Players in the app are logged in automatically; the password is asked only when money goes out. |
Setup Studio and Build with AI
The Setup Studio is a guided checklist with a live preview of your site on a phone and on a desktop. A step is done when your casino’s real data says so, never because a box was ticked. The steps, in chapters:
| Chapter | Steps |
|---|---|
| Look | Choose the template (required) · Add your logo (required) |
| Money | Payment methods (required) · Rules · First offer · Banners |
| Trust | Legal texts (required) · Contact means and social links · Protection rules |
| Grow | Lucky wheel · Referral programme (when granted) |
| Telegram | Connect your Telegram (required) · Your own bot · Telegram casino (when granted) |
| Reach | Your own domain |
Shops, team logins and your password are not part of the setup: they are added like players, any time.
Build with AI
When mriv grants it, every step opens as a conversation with an assistant that speaks first, at no cost. It knows your casino’s real state and your deal, and it prepares things as cards — template, logo options, banners, offers, payment methods, legal texts, rules, the wheel, the referral programme, your bot, your domain. Nothing is saved until you press Accept; each accepted card is replayed with exactly your rights, the same validation, the same audit and the same limits as if you had done it by hand.
- Express build — “build it all for me”: the assistant interviews you (name as written, feeling, players, generosity, payment methods, sign-up policy, contacts), summarises, and on your yes prepares everything at once with an “Accept all” button. Offer numbers come from the platform’s own maths, never from the model’s imagination.
- Pictures — logo directions and banners generated from your identity, only on your yes; banners carry your real offers and never contain text in the picture (the site draws the texts over it).
- Check my casino — facts read from your setup: what blocks the opening, what would embarrass you in front of a player (a banner promising what no offer gives, a method without number, no way to withdraw), then ideas.
- The copilot — a side panel in the back office for owners and staff: it reads through your own rights (masked data stays masked), opens pages, highlights things and prepares actions you accept one by one. It never presses a money button.
Storefront: templates, brand, domain, languages
Templates
Four complete templates share the same pages, banners and features; only the look differs and it can be changed later in one click. Orbit — dark, dense lobby, orange accent. SilverStake — light silver with a calm green accent. PurplePot — deep purple with lavender gradients. GoldenWin — black and gold, serif headings. Most players are on a phone: judge the phone preview first. A light logo needs a dark template; a dark logo needs SilverStake.
Brand rules
- Logo: PNG or WebP, transparent background, at most 600 × 200 px, under 300 KB. A wide logo works best.
- Banners: up to ten. Desktop picture exactly 1680 × 480 px, phone picture 800 × 600 px, title, subtitle and button as text in EN / FR / AR drawn over the picture (left, right for Arabic). Each banner points to a page, to the sign-in / sign-up window, or to a social link. Banners advertise the offers: the first carries the welcome offer with its exact numbers.
- Contact means: a Telegram username and/or a WhatsApp number behind the site’s contact button. Each shop can publish its own; the casino can require it and set it for the shop.
- Social links in the footer, legal texts (Terms, Privacy, Responsible gaming) in three languages, a “Made with ♥ by mriv” signature at the bottom that mriv can switch off per casino.
Your own domain
Add the bare domain (mycasino.com) on the Domain page. The site is served at www.mycasino.com and the bare domain redirects to it. At your registrar you create exactly the records shown: an A record for the bare domain, a CNAME for www to the target shown, and — while validation is pending — a TXT ownership record. Certificates and renewals are automatic; www goes live first, usually within minutes. Common mistakes: a CNAME on the bare domain, a leftover parking record, a proxy switched on at your own DNS provider (it must be DNS only). Your mriv address keeps working as a technical fallback, but your domain is your address everywhere.
Languages
The storefront, the Telegram app, the legal texts, the banners and the back office exist in English, French and Arabic. Arabic is right-to-left throughout; numbers stay in Latin digits.
Games, studios and the sportsbook
+50,000 games from 200+ studios: slots, live dealers (1,000+ tables), table games, crash and instant games, fishing, bingo, keno and virtual sports, plus a full sportsbook with live odds. The catalogue is synchronised every night and never deletes a game; new studios arrive as new fee groups that mriv rates before they become visible to casinos.
- Cheapest copy wins — when the same title exists in several copies, the copy with the lowest rate today is the one listed and launched; the others are never shown.
- Visibility — hide a whole group or a single game for your casino; hide further for one shop. Hidden games disappear from the lobby, the search, the launch and the wallet at once.
- Sportsbook — a complete book with pre-match and live odds, opened in the site and in the Telegram app; visitors can browse it before signing in.
- Labels — hot, new and popular labels computed from real play, with manual overrides.
Studios include, among many others: Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Ezugi, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Thunderkick, ELK, Games Global, Playtech, Novomatic, Amusnet, EGT, Wazdan, Spinomenal, BGaming, Betsoft, Habanero, PG Soft, JILI, KA Gaming, Endorphina, Playson, Evoplay, Booongo, Kalamba, Greentube, Amatic, Skywind, High 5, Platipus, CT Interactive, Swintt, Belatra, GameArt, Fugaso, OneTouch, Mascot, Gamzix, Wazdan, 3 Oaks, Caleta, Avatarux, Oryx.
Money: payments, requests, rules and limits
Payment methods
Two kinds. Transfer methods: you add your own receiving number; the player sends the money to it and submits a request with his reference and a screenshot. Recharge-card methods: the player types the card’s code; you set a rate because cards cost to cash (for example a card of 10 credits 9.50). Each method has minimum and maximum amounts, is shown for deposits and/or withdrawals, and carries instructions. Shops can have their own numbers and their own rate, never above the casino’s.
Requests
A request moves money; nothing happens before somebody approves it. Requests reach the website and your phone on Telegram with the same buttons: approve, refuse with a preset reason (payment not received, amount does not match, card invalid or already used, picture not readable), “I paid — approve” with the reference, or pay a withdrawal with recharge-card codes. A request waiting too long triggers a reminder.
Rules and limits
- Players can sign up online — or accounts are opened only by you and your shops.
- Shop players can send requests online, handled by their shop.
- Play-before-withdrawal: a deposit must be wagered N times before it can be withdrawn (×1 is the usual choice).
- Player limits: deposits per day / week / month, wins per hour / day / month / year, a maximum single win. A shop may only tighten the casino’s values.
- Second approval: above the limit of a role (per operation, per day, or a count per day) nothing moves until another person approves — never the one who asked.
- Players have their own deposit limits and self-exclusion tools.
Shops and the network
A shop is a reseller with its own login and back office. It buys credit from the casino at a price the casino sets per shop (for example 0.30 per 1.00 of credit: the shop pays 300 in cash for 1,000 of credit; the cash is collected outside the platform and recorded as your revenue). It then sells that credit for cash to its players: it opens accounts, deposits and pays withdrawals within its credit, and sees only its own players. Players always get 1 = 1.
- Credit chain — a parent can never give a child more than its own available balance. On the Direct Plan the casino issues its credit without limit; its shops stay limited.
- Sub-shops — a shop may open shops of its own, one level down, when the casino allows it, and resell at its own price.
- Ceilings — the most a shop login may ever hold: sub-shops on or off, shops managing their own logins, what their cashiers may do.
- Payment numbers — a shop’s own receiving numbers for transfers and its own card rate.
- Catalogue per shop — hide a whole fee group or single games for one shop, with the cost of each group and game shown to you before you decide. A shop rule only narrows: what the casino hid stays hidden.
- Limits — deposit and withdrawal limits of a shop, always at most the casino’s.
Promotions: jar, offers, wheel, referral
The bonus jar
Every bonus is paid from the casino’s jar. You move play credit into it by hand; an offer can never give more than the jar holds, and an offer the jar cannot pay right now is not shown to players at all. Whatever a player does not convert goes back into the jar.
Offer kinds
| Kind | What it does |
|---|---|
| Welcome | First deposit only, once per player: a percentage up to a cap. |
| Reload | Any, first or nth deposit, optional weekdays and hours. |
| Cashback | A percentage of net losses per day / week / month, with a maximum per player. |
| Play reward | Rewards for the amount wagered in a period. |
| Instant | A fixed gift reached with a code — for a flyer, a shop, a Telegram message. |
Terms of every bonus: wagering multiplier, expiry days, maximum bet while active, maximum conversion (the most real money a bonus can become, as a multiple of the bonus), budgets per day / month / total, per-player limits, an optional code, shown on the site or not. Real money is always played first; bonus money cannot be withdrawn and converts when the wagering is complete.
The cost of a bonus
A bonus B with wagering ×W makes the player bet about B × W. With an average house edge e (slots ≈ 4 %, so an RTP of 96 %) the casino expects to win back B × W × e. Expected cost ≈ B − B × W × e, never below zero, capped by the maximum conversion. Example: a bonus of 50 at ×20 with a 4 % edge → 1,000 wagered → 40 expected back → the bonus costs about 10. At ×25 it is about free; at ×10 it costs about 30. The platform runs this simulation for you before an offer goes live.
Lucky wheel
When granted, a wheel your players spin for prizes paid from the jar. You set the slices — nothing, a bonus, a deposit boost, a respin — with a chance for each; chances total exactly 100 %. The server decides every spin; the browser only animates. A prize that cannot be paid (stock, budget, empty jar) becomes “next time”. Spins are granted on sign-up, after a deposit, by wagering, daily, or by hand. The expected cost of a spin and of a day is shown before you switch it on.
Referral programme
When granted, players invite friends with a link and earn a share of what the friends deposit, wager or lose, on up to three layers in the ready-made models, with tiers, caps and a budget that can never be exceeded. Models: revenue share (the safest, it only pays from what friends really lost), wager commission, refer a friend (a fixed gift), deposit booster. Earnings wait through a hold period, then sit in a referral wallet apart from the play balance: to play with, or to withdraw through a request you approve. Only the casino’s direct players take part; friends’ names are masked.
Risk management
Three tools, per casino, all off or “tell me” by default so you decide what waits for your approval.
- Payment-number watch — a payment number or card code used by two different customers puts the request on hold until you decide: allow once, always, watch, refuse, or block the number. Shops cannot handle a held request.
- Same-person watch — the same device tag or the same Telegram account is a sure match; a browser fingerprint is a likely match (sure when combined with the same home line within a day). A match is a report and a case; nothing is held by itself. VPN or hosting connections are reported. An address alone is never a signal.
- Account reviews — “under review” is not “suspended”. You define levels — Light (withdrawals wait), Standard (withdrawals wait, bonuses blocked), Full (everything blocked), up to six — and the player is told.
The rules
| Rule | Default |
|---|---|
| Same person (sure) | notify |
| Same person (likely) | notify |
| Shared payment number | off |
| Sign-up through a VPN | notify |
| Withdrawal through a VPN | notify |
| Many sign-ups from one line | off (3) |
| Large withdrawal | off (amount you set) |
| Takes out more than he put in over 7 days | off |
| Withdrawal soon after sign-up | off (24 h) |
| Withdrawal with little play | off (×1) |
| Big single win | off |
Each rule can be off, notify only, or send the account to review at a level of your choice. A sensible first rule: “large withdrawal → review: Light”.
Telegram: notifications, your bot, the casino app
1. Connect (required)
The owner and each staff login connect their own Telegram to mriv’s bot from the Studio. From then on requests reach the phone with Approve / Refuse; money actions must be allowed once per phone in My account. Every press is re-checked: the phone, the role, the casino’s switch, the amount ceiling. The same functions as the dashboard run, with the same audit.
Notifications
Each person chooses, event by event: new player request · a request at one of my shops · second approval needed · a request waiting too long · my balance is low · credit received · someone below me asks for credit · one of my shops is low · big win · big deposit or payout · referral budget empty or low · shared payment number, request on hold · a watched number moved · two accounts look like the same person · sign-up or withdrawal through a VPN · an account went under review · a rule fired · a review was closed · a request held by the casino · a held request released · bonus jar empty or low · the wheel cannot pay · cashback could not be paid · new player registered · a player excluded themselves · daily summary at the hour you choose · aggregation balance low · casino closed / reopened · top-up received · your rates changed · a new option from mriv. Players get their own: balance low, request done or refused, bonus received / expiring / completed, a friend joined, wheel ready, offers (only if they said yes).
2. Your own bot (when granted)
One bot per casino, created in one tap — no BotFather, no token. Players get their news, recharge from the chat (/deposit, /balance, /status, a bonus code with /code) and sign in to the website with “Continue with Telegram”; shops receive their requests there. Money never leaves through Telegram: withdrawals stay on the website. Broadcasts of an active offer to players who said yes, at most one every six hours.
3. Telegram casino (when granted)
The whole casino as a Mini App of your bot: a private club in black and gold with its own home, a Casino | Live lobby, the wheel as a jewel in the bar, the sportsbook, the account. Only your logo and your name come from your casino; you choose the metal (gold, platinum, rose gold, brass) and the mode (website only, Telegram only, both). Players open it from the bot and are logged in automatically; one Telegram account is tied to one player per casino; the password is asked only when money goes out. One manual step stays yours: paste the app address in BotFather (the Studio shows it and follows it live).
Team, roles and security
One login per person, each with a role; nobody shares a password; every action is written in the audit log under the person’s name — who did what, when, from where.
| Level | Roles |
|---|---|
| Casino (17) | Owner, Super Administrator, Administrator, General Manager, Finance Manager, Accountant, Head Cashier, Cashier, Customer Support, Marketing Manager, Bonus Officer, Content Manager, Shops Manager, Risk & Compliance, Analyst, Telegram Operator, Observer |
| Shop (4) | Shop Owner, Manager, Cashier, Viewer |
| Sub-shop (3) | Sub-shop Owner, Cashier, Viewer |
| Platform (11) | mriv’s own roles, from Owner to Auditor |
- Permissions are of five kinds — read, write, money, sensitive, danger — and you can build your own roles from them, with personal exceptions.
- Limits on money permissions: per operation, per day, a count per day; above them, second approval by another person.
- Personal data (name, phone, e-mail, birth date, Telegram identity) is masked unless the role may see it.
- Every site is behind a global edge network with a firewall, rate limiting and a captcha on sign-up and login; certificates are automatic.
- Passwords are forced to change at the first login; sessions are bound to the casino’s own address.
Deals: Credit Plan and Direct Plan
The deal is between the casino and mriv; only mriv changes it. Two exist. This page explains how each works — prices are discussed with us directly.
| Credit Plan | Direct Plan | |
|---|---|---|
| Play credit | mriv grants play credit to the casino in the casino’s currency. Deposits approved for players, credit given to shops and the bonus jar all come from it. | The casino issues its own play credit, without limit; its balance simply shows what it issued. |
| What you pay | The credit itself, as agreed with mriv. | An aggregation fee: a percentage of what the casino wins on each group of games, per period, charged per round in EUR from a prepaid wallet. |
| Watch | Low credit — ask mriv before it runs out. | The wallet balance: under the minimum set by mriv the whole casino closes (site and Telegram) until a top-up. Set your warning levels. |
| Best for | Starting small, no EUR wallet to manage. | Running your own money and paying only for what the games cost. |
The aggregation fee, exactly
Each game group has a rate. The fee is rate × GGR of that group, counted per period (month, week or day, set per casino) and charged bet by bet as the group’s counter rises: a bet is charged only for the part above the counter’s previous high; a win lowers the counter and is never credited back — it becomes free room that the next bets use first.
No carry-forward. The counter goes back to zero every period. A losing period costs nothing and is never carried into the next one; free room that was not used is lost at the reset. In practice: a month where your players win more than they lose costs you nothing in fees, and the next month starts from zero — you are never asked to “make up” a negative month.
Groups, rates and per-game rates
Games are grouped by studio into fee groups; each group has a rate. On the Direct Plan the casino’s rate per group — and, if agreed, per game — is shown in the back office and next to every game when you decide what a shop gets. A group without a rate is not visible to any casino.
Reports and glossary
One home for every report, each with its headline figure for the last 30 days: GGR by day, by shop and by game; deposits and payouts; shops (credit sold, cash received, price); aggregation cost down to every round; player activity. Every figure is computed from the real books; days are UTC days; two currencies always agree because the exchange rate of the day is used.
Glossary
- GGR — gross gaming revenue
- What players bet minus what they won, over a period. The number a casino lives on and the base of the aggregation fee. A negative GGR means players won more than they lost.
- NGR — net gaming revenue
- GGR minus bonuses converted, cashback paid and fees. What is left for you.
- RTP — return to player
- The share of stakes a game pays back over a very long run, set by the studio: a 96 % RTP slot keeps 4 % on average. The remaining share is the house edge. Live tables and sports have their own margins.
- Hold
- The casino’s share of what was wagered in a period: GGR ÷ total bets.
- Wagering ×W
- How many times a bonus (or deposit + bonus) must be bet before it becomes real money.
- Max conversion
- The most real money a bonus can become, as a multiple of the bonus.
- Net loss
- Deposits minus withdrawals of a player over a period; the base of cashback.
- Bonus jar
- The money your bonuses, wheel prizes and referral rewards are paid from. Nothing is given that is not in the jar.
- Fee group · rate
- A set of games (usually one studio) and the percentage of its GGR charged as aggregation fee.
- Period
- Month, week or day over which the GGR counter of a fee group runs before returning to zero.
- Credit price
- What a shop pays you in cash per unit of credit.
- Second approval
- A money action above a person’s limit that waits for another person’s yes.
- Under review
- An account whose deposits, withdrawals, play or bonuses are restricted at a level you defined, until somebody clears it. Not a suspension.
Options
Options are granted per casino by mriv. When one is switched on, the casino is told on Telegram and in its back office until it has used it.
| Option | What it is |
|---|---|
| Lucky wheel | A wheel your players spin for prizes paid from your bonus jar. |
| Referral programme | Your players invite friends and earn from their play. |
| Your own Telegram bot | A bot in your name for your players and shops: their news, recharges from the chat, sign-in with Telegram. On by default. |
| Telegram casino | Your whole casino as a Telegram app (needs your own bot first). |
| Build with AI | An assistant in the Setup Studio that prepares your casino with you. |
| Back-office assistant | An assistant that reads your figures and drives your pages with you. |
Not options — always there: the four templates, three languages, your own domain, shops and sub-shops, promotions, risk management, Telegram notifications, reports, the guide, the “Made with ♥ by mriv” signature.
The public demo
demo.mriv.bet is a real casino running on the platform that nobody can change: a month of activity, forty players, four shops, requests waiting, bonuses, the wheel, the referral programme, risk cases. Open each template, the Telegram app, and the back office as the owner or as a shop — the logins are filled in for you. It resets every night.
Then write to us: A casino ready in maximum one hour.
